festival artisan
The 2010 Huntsville Festival of the Arts artisan is Terry Gill.
I dedicate my paintings to the healing of our environment. It is crucial that we honour the earth as sacred and protect our air and water; our lands, forests, and oceans; our wildlife; our children's future; and our planet's climate. I try to express that love of nature in my "Impressions of Nature" These paintings reflect the many facets of nature one can find and enjoy in the natural forests of Canada. In Ontario, Georgian Bay in the area of Parry Sound and the lakes of Muskoka have been a particular inspiration.
